Franck Momo

Before founding Chess Recruitment, he worked for one of the largest recruitment groups in Europe, where he specialised in recruitment for the Luxembourg market.

There he became the brand's number one recruiter in Luxembourg and set several performance records. His results earned him a particularly fast progression within the group, with a promotion every six months on average.

That experience allowed him to develop an in-depth knowledge of the Luxembourg market, its companies and its professions, as well as to build a substantial network of professionals in Luxembourg.

When the group decided to cease its operations in Luxembourg, several people in his professional circle encouraged him to continue his journey by setting up his own firm.

This is how Chess Recruitment was born.

Since then, the firm has grown around a market he knows particularly well — Luxembourg — with the ambition of building a recruitment brand recognised for its specialisation, its market knowledge and the quality of the profiles it presents.

Originally from the Paris region, Franck also has a background closely tied to high-level sport.

Before his recruitment career, he trained at ESTAC Troyes, a French professional football club. During his time there, he had the opportunity to train regularly with the professional squad.

Football then took him to the United States, where he joined a private university on a full athletic scholarship, allowing him to pursue his studies and his football career at the same time.

Those years between France and the United States helped build a culture of discipline, competition and performance that would go on to shape his professional and entrepreneurial career.

Now based in Luxembourg, Franck still plays football alongside his professional activity.
