Job Description

  • Manage the day-to-day accounting activities of real estate funds and related SPV structures, including acquisitions, disposals, financing transactions, and operating expenses.
  • Participate in month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closings, as well as the preparation of NAV calculations and financial reporting packages.
  • Monitor treasury activities, process payments, perform bank reconciliations, and oversee cash movements across multiple entities.
  • Coordinate with auditors, tax advisors, and external stakeholders to ensure compliance with accounting, tax, and regulatory requirements.

Desired profile

Desired Profile

  • Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
  • 2 years of experience in Fund Accounting, SPV Accounting, Real Estate structures, or Alternative Investment Funds.
  • Solid knowledge of Lux GAAP; IFRS knowledge would be considered an asset.
  • Fluent in both English and German; knowledge of SAP would be highly advantageous.
